I keep trying to work out more often and eat healthier because I'm at the heaviest I've ever been, but that is simply not flying.

I always feel really good after a work out but it's always the pre work out that gets me to not go a lot, and also the eating of food that is so not anywhere near conducive to weight loss.

I'm just more angry at myself for allowing myself to get so out of shape from soccer which was exactly what I wanted to avoid.

I've also been working mad hours at work since I'm out of school for the summer. That'll be good and the money is much needed since I'm taking my birthday weekend off and going up north to celebrate.
